PURPOSE STATEMENT: Make disciples of Jesus who make disciples of Jesus. PHILOSOPHY OF MINISTRY: Create and maintain an environment that is gospel rich as we help teens encounter Jesus and experience God’s purposes for them. THE VISION: We envision a world turned upside down with the culture of Heaven, due in part to teens who are empowered to do so because of their relationship with Jesus. METHOD OF MINISTRY: We use large group settings to saturate teens in the Gospel of King Jesus. This gives our Disciple-Makers the needed framework to win, build, equip and send individuals.

LOW COMMITMENT (occasional involvement) Event Planner Event planners are responsible for planning and coordinating activities for teens to promote fun, fellowship, spiritual development and ministry involvement as directed by the Director of Student Ministries.
