Purpose, Philosophy, Vision, & Method of Ministry

PURPOSE STATEMENT: Make disciples who make disciples.

PHILOSOPHY OF MINISTRY: Create and maintain an environment that is gospel rich as we help teens encounter Jesus and experience God’s purposes for them.

THE VISION: We envision a world turned upside down with the culture of Heaven, due in part to teens who are empowered to do so because of their relationship with Jesus.

METHOD OF MINISTRY: We use large group settings to saturate teens in the Gospel of King Jesus. This gives our Disciple-Makers the needed framework to win, build, equip and send individuals. Therefore, to whatever degree of involvement our leaders are serving in, every single leader plays a crucial role in the disciple-making process. (click of picture for visual)
